Welcome to Hell - Day 1

It finally happened. After endless cat and mouse games, hit and run games, cloak and dagger escapades they got me.
After a wirlwind five minute induction designed to disoriantate and confuse me i was brought before the Kommandant and informed that I would also be the only technical occupant on the helldesk today and that even though the backlog of calls was one of the highest ever they would need cleaning out by the end of the day.
Earlier they tried to get me to do shiftwork, I told them where to stick it.
I've only been here a little over half a day and already I can feel my will to live being crushed. I've created a countdown timer to tick away the time here (see top of page), the seconds already seem like hours. I don't know if I'll last untill the end of September......
