Wow that's amazing the call queue back log is the shortest it's ever been!

No shit sherlock. But just because me and Carl (my unfortunate right hand man in this sorry affair) are kicking arse at dealing with first line calls, it's still not what we where employed to do! Yeah we rock but we're field technicians not helldesk monkies damn it man.
Also I think I may be going blind after that pledge furnature polish got sprayed in my eyes.
