Helldesk - Day 9
"It has come to my attention that somevon is putting sarcastic comments on helpdesk calls."
"really shocking" I replied using my best phoney shocked look, the one I usually reserve for religious types who inform me that unless I pledge money to them I will go to hell
"Yes and I KNOW it was you" Continues the kommandant, uncertain if he's just experiance sarcasm.
Pulling my best who me face I atempt to explain that it would never cross my mind to try and inject some fun and jorvality into procedings here on the helpdesk and improve working relations between the helldesk and the network team by having a collective laugh at the stupidity of users.
This is met with a cold silence before I'm told that this is a serious place of work and that that sort of behaviour will not be tolerated.
This is quiet possibly the funniest thing I've heard working here so far, which gives you a idea of how unfunny it is round here at the moment.
