Damn it. As regular readers and people who generally know me will know I don't have the best of luck with the female of the species. Therfore I must ask, why do people find it necessary to swoop in and work their "magic" on the ones I;m talking to and actually seem to be building up a rapport with. Especially when they are already spoken for. Come on the old "I'm just keeping my arm in, I still love X" is the thinest of thin ice to start with. Come on guys! Are you intentionally trying to keep me as the single guy who you can call up for a beer when things go wrong with your missues?
